EUASV is an independent validation company from the Netherlands established in 2013. We deliver certified Aviation Security Validators (ASV) for validating entities outside the EU. Our validators are experts in their field and are specialists in the EU regulations on both theoretical and practical level.
ACC3
We offer our services to airlines (ACC3) transferring air cargo from third countries outside the EU to, or through the EU. By validating the out stations from these airlines, all air cargo can be transported as secured cargo into the EU.
With the implementation of the EU regulations 173/2012 and 1082/2012 new rules are laid down for air cargo entering the EU from third countries outside the EU. As from July 1st 2014 out stations must be validated and approved by the appropriate authority from a EU member state to be able to transport secured cargo to the EU. Upon this approval the out stations will be registered in the EU database for regulated agents and known consignors.
RA3 and KC3
EUASV also can validate logistic companies in third countries outside the EU based upon the checklist from EU regulation 654/2013. These companies can become Regulated Agents (RA3) and Known Consignors (KC3) and therefore deliver secured air cargo to the ACC3 airline.
